The Soho has a 3-speed reversible 172mm x 14mm motor with airflow rated at 4758 CFM on high, 74 CFM/ Watt, and only uses 64W (excluding any lights) on high. The 64525-86 comes one per package, includes one 4IN downrod, and one 6IN downrod. For safety reasons, a ceiling fan should hang no lower than 7FT above the floor. There are multiple compatible light kits available for this ceiling fan, and can be purchased separately. Quorum remote control (7-3000 or 7-1401-0) is optional, and can be purchased separately.
